Quality care for senior citizens that facilitates a full spectrum of services aligned to the requirements of patrons and patients is the need of the hour. In a bid to contribute towards bettering community health and to encourage a culture of preventive healthcare for senior citizens, Durdans Hospital has introduced the Pranama Free OPD Clinic exclusively for Senior Citizens over the age of 60.
The clinic will open every Wednesday from 12-3 p.m. where they can avail a free first-time-only consultation from an OPD doctor or family physician at the Durdans Wellness Centre. Charges will be applicable for all additional services including radiological services, health checks and OPD Pharmacy prescriptions.
Free consultations are available only by appointment. Individuals can pencil book an appointment consultation by calling the 1344 Durdans helpline. Patrons are at liberty to call for bookings from Thursday till Wednesday the following week. Open only to Sri Lankan citizens, patients will be asked to produce their NIC or Driving License to avail of the free consultation. The Consultation is only for Sri Lankan citizens.
